Delivery time Netherlands 3-5 working days 

Outside the Netherlands 4-6 working days 

Please note that we DO NOT ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

The Netherlands 5.95 (Free for orders over 150 euros)

Europe €20 (Free for orders over 750 euros)

Rest of the World €75 (Free for orders over 1,750 euros)

Returns

​

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily issue a replacement or refund, provided the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in their original, resalable condition.

Included in your package, you will find a return form. Please use this form when returning your purchased items, marking the box for the item(s) you are returning, and include the form with your return. Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you a confirmation email. After we have processed your return, we will either exchange the goods or issue a refund as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange your item(s), we will contact you upon receiving your return to inform you of the availability of your requested size. If your size is no longer available, we will email you with the option to select another item or receive a refund. The entire exchange process may take up to 7 working days from the time we receive your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund the full purchase amount minus the original delivery cost.

 

Should you wish to claim a refund for local taxes and import duties, you must contact your local postal or customs office, as Perol Chico is not liable for these costs.

Our Returns Policy
 

Please ensure that all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition with all original tags attached. This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the following conditions are not met, or we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange.

Examples of situations where a reduction may apply include, but are not limited to:

  • The product(s) have been worn, used, damaged, or washed;

  • The original tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the original brand tags are an integral part of each product;

  • Packaging, such as dust bags or boxes, has not been returned, and these items are considered an essential part of the product.

If any of these terms and conditions are not met, we will contact you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose, instead of receiving a reduced refund, to have the product(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
