We are currently looking for an Equestrian Trail Guide for our riding operation in La Joya, Arequipa.

• Advanced riding skills.
• Have a good knowledge of or willing to learn the principles of Classic Peruvian Equitation.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of equine anatomy, biomechanics and classic equitation.
• Have a good knowledge about all aspects of horse health care and maintenance.
• A good knowledge of hoof care (trimming and shoeing) or willing to learn.
• Valid First Aid Certificate or Wilderness First Responder certificate
• Willing to learn the profession of all-round equestrian trail guide in accordance with our high standards of leadership, trail safety and fine horsemanship.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), good physical shape, excellent people skills and interest in local flora and fauna, history and culture.
• Peruvian resident with legal working permits or able to fulfill the legal requirements to obtain a working permit.
